Please find as follows our booking conditions:

To confirm your booking, we request your complete name and address as well as a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your booking. The deposit will be refunded or deducted from your total bill on your departure.

The deposit can be sent by cheque or paid directly to our account: Hotel de la Sage SA - Banque Raiffeisen Hérens - Compte No / IBAN : CH70 8059 9000 0025 2460 1 / RAIFCH22 / CCP 19-871-8 / CB 80599 /.

We also accept your credit card details as a deposit (MC, Visa) including security code (if Visa).

In case of cancellation a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the deposit will be refunded, between 30 to 15 days, we retain the deposit, between 14 to 4 days we require an additional amount of 25%. If cancellation occurs less than 4 days prior to your booking, we require the full amount. If we can re book your room, no cancellation fee will be applied.
